My dad had surgery here and Dr. Rosenstein and all the staff that helped him were wonderful. Especially Rhonda in post op really cared and we knew exactly how to help my dad to recover. Unfortunately the front desk lady, Leanne is why I had to subtract a star. I had thought two people could go back for post op and I was asking to clarify if that was true and she had an attitude and was rude and said that it had never been that way in the ‘10 years’ she’d been there which ok fine. She then was like I can ask the nurse and when I said ok will you please she said you really want me to? I said ma’am you’re the one who offered that option I never once asked that of her but if you’re offering ok of course could you and then she proceeded to get loud with me in the middle of the waiting room on why she thought that was ridiculous.
I had neck surgery today and my experience has been wonderful! HUGE shoutout to my nurse Adam Strange who has been nothing but awesome! He has went above and beyond for my family and I! Very tentative and compassionate to our needs! Professional at the highest level! ADAM STRANGE YOU ROCK❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much❤️
What a wonderful experience.I had a day procedure on 12/26/2025.It was a great experience from the first phone to verify insurance, and pre-op assessment until discharge.I realized immediately that they have a A+ team at USMD.All staff members from the receptionist, CNA tech, nurses were very respectful, professional and caring.I would like to thank all staff for going above and beyond. Thank you for explaining everything clearly and answer all questions.Thank you to the entire surgical team who worked together to make my procedure successful.Unfortunately I did not write down all staff names, but a huge thank you to Jill RN, Adonjah RN (pardon spelling) IV nurse, EKG tech and all staff for providing excellent care.As a retired nurse, its always scary to be on the other side of the bed. Your expertise and gentle manner put me at ease during a scary time.Thanks again.Anja H
