Contact UsFrom the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and valued. Every person was very nice to me. I have zero complaints about anyone or any part of the visit.
My husband had surgery at this facility last week. Every aspect of the surgery from the time we stepped in the door to the time we left was excellent. I have nothing negative to say at all about the hospital. Everyone that assisted in the surgery was a true professional.
I had emergency bladder surgery the staff in the OR was very attentive and took quick action to get me in surgery. I was also very impressed with recovery the nurse helped me get dressed and stabilized before letting me go. Thank you USMD
I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the staff that assisted with me the day of my procedure, but they all were truly amazing. From the receptionist, to the you lady that checked me in, the nurse before my procedure and the nurse after my procedure, the metronomic tech, anesthesia tech and anesthesiologist and Dr. Chowdry of course. They all made sure I understood what was going to happen and answered all my questions. What a great team. Thanks Carlos Molina
I was recently blessed to receive great service on a recent trip to the hospital for prostate surgery. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and that they cared. They listened and It was real and not an act. You could tell that this was their "jam," it was what they went to work to do every day and they did it well. They made me feel safe and their personality and professionalism helped me from being nervous. If I ever have to have to surgery again I'd pick USMD Hospital at Arlington.
