"I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the staff that assisted with me the day of my procedure, but they all were truly amazing. From the receptionist, to the you lady that checked me in, the nurse before my procedure and the nurse after my procedure, the metronomic tech, anesthesia tech and anesthesiologist and Dr. Chowdry of course. They all made sure I understood what was going to happen and answered all my questions. What a great team.Thanks Carlos Molina"
"I came in on January 27, 2025 for Holep prostate surgery with Dr Huddleston. Surgery is often not looked at with a measure of "finally." But I had suffered long enough with prostate complications, so I was ready! The day surgery center was very nice and treated me almost like a celebrity. Mary Beth, my nurse treated me like she would probably treat her father if he were there for surgery. She looked after me before and after the surgery, and took excellent care of me. Thank you Mary Beth!!!The anesthesia team announced "here it comes", and I prepared for a little alone time. The next thing I know is a horrible feeling of nausea! When I told Rhonda, my recovery nurse, she immediately gave me something for that and in a few seconds the feeling was gone and never came back. She looked after me like Mary Beth did, like I was her father. She was superb! At my age, it took a little longer to recover, but I did and went home that day! Thanks you USMD!!! You took great care of me and it was so evident that all of you like your jobs and really enjoy taking care of your "children" for the day. Keep it up! I will try to get the Daisy Award for Mary Beth and Rhonda. If I can't, please accept my sincere gratitude for taking such good care of me. God Bless you all!!!"

"My husband went in for surgery on a Monday, long story short he was in for 6 days. From check in to being released it was one, if not the best hospital experiences to date. The doctors, especially his surgeon, Dr Dwyer, were all amazing, the nurses, support staff, everyone we came in contact with were exceptional. If we ever, God forbid, have need of another hospital it will definitely be this one!"
"My wife was taken to USMD by a family member because she was coughing up blood. We were thinking the worst however after a lot of test we found that it wasn't serious thank goodness. I want to say that every one of the staff that took care of my wife was very professional, attentive, kind and caring to her and myself. While waiting during her test I googled USMD and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. Our experience was a very positive one even the humor of the nurse chasing down a cricket that was in the ER when caught she released it outside."

"I wish I could give 10 stars, since 5 is the max that’ll have to suffice. Went in with my daughter in excruciating pain, Ada sprang into action in a timely fashion to ensure she received the help she needed. Ada’s compassion is unmatched! The staff was wonderful, they took great care of her, every step of the treatment plan was explained to me…they also made sure that I not only understood but also approved. Thanks ladies for such wonderful service. Michelle, Ada, & Mrs Damuth you ladies rock!"

"Great!This is where I go to my OBGYN appointments. NP Margaret Alloy is so caring and she explained in detail my condition. The front staff is nice, specially the lady at the checkout. The nurse and the one that did my sonogram were really kind. I didn’t have to wait long, you go in fast but inside they take the time to do things right. I was scared to be attended by a NP but Margaret is well studied and thanks to her I’m opened to it. I truly recommend it 👏🏼"
"Unknown Seizure attack at Bank n with Dr knowledge I was having a minor stroke on left side of head with heart palpitations. Service was excellent with entire staff n was released after 5 days n currently on meds n I am in constant contact with DDr Amin withmy outpatient care..thank you so much to the staff for making my visit so comfortable comfortafood was the bestble n"
"I flew in from NC to be with my daughter for her gallbladder surgery. From the time we walked into the hospital to the time they released my daughter to go home, we were treated with the very best care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The doctors, nurses, & hospital staff all took excellent care of my daughter. The surgeries were explained in detail beforehand and updates were given promptly. I could not have asked for any better service and I highly recommend USMD. Thanks to everyone who attended to my daughter and I today. "My first time visiting and I was treated like family. Dr. Summer Damuth was the best. I went in for back pain and she got right to business taking care of me and getting to the root of my problem at hand. My Tech Zina Tezeno was amazing as well she ensured I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Registered Nurses Gabrielle "Gabby" Steele and Ada Jones made sure what Dr. Summer Damuth ordered I got right away for pain. I was a little on the scared side after reading the reviews but the experience I had was above amazing. I definitely would recommend others. I was checked in at 5am and out by 7am. It was extremely excellent customer service I received in a very long time."
"I was hesitant on coming to this hospital. I had an emergency at work and had to get to the nearest ER. So I’m here & waiting to register, I’m reading all the negative reviews. I could barely walk & was about to walk right on out. The person who was registering at the time started to yell and fuss with the patient register. Immediately I was like oh lord the reviews are right. Barely can walk I was about to hop my tail outta there BUT IM SO GLAD I STAYED!!!! From the time I was asked my name and why I’m there til getting back to my car was a GREAT experience. The patient register was awesome very kind and polite she helped me into a wheelchair gathered my belongings and pushed me to wait. I waited for no more than 5 minutes The nurse who came to get me she was good we had a nice conversation she took my vitals and told me what would be happening and gave me the name of the doctor who would be seeing me. I waited no more than 20 minutes for the doctor , he was just the same very polite I felt cared for. Dr Givins was his name VERY HANDSOME might I add . Anywho he ordered X-rays . The X-ray technician great I was interested in the career of a X-ray tech she gave me the ins and outs and where to further my education to become one. Then an ANGEL WALKED IN BY THE NAME OF NURSE LAURIE D. Oh she put the icing and whipped cream onto my experience she was AMAZING. She wrapped my leg , went over my after care instructions, she made me laugh non stop. She has positive energy. Her aurora around her is so bright when she walked into my room I could feel that she was a good person and boy was that feeling right. She was so sweet best NURSE IVE EVER HAD CARE FOR ME!!! She even wheeled me to discharge waited with me for my paperwork and get this Wheeled me to my car and helped me inside . I was greatly appreciative of her care. So all in all my FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM WAS GREAT.!!!! Thank you TEAM for caring so well for me."

"I just want to thank the nurses in the surgical unit for setting the standard in care, since it was my first surgery. From the minute I came to, I had a dedicated nurse by my side. That’s really an amazing job. Whether she had other patients or not every tine I needed something she was there. From check in to exit from the hospital,every nurse and tech staff member I dealt with was professional and caring.I came back a week later and the nurse at the counter gave me an extra weeks worth of essential supplies, that would I have been properly informed by my doctor, I would have already purchased.I can’t say enough about the nurses or support staff from USMD Surgery, their follow up, caring , and level of expertise is top notch!"
"FABULOUS! I love this facility. I have had every procedure as an adult here at USMD Arlington. Everyone I have contact with is kind and caring.Kelly my day-surgery nurse today was super awesome! I usually have a terrible time getting the iv's in, but Kelly did not keep sticking and failing. She decided after the first unsuccessful attempt to wrap my arms in warm blankets and voila' 2nd try slight discomfort and complete success!Now that is what I call care. Thanks so much Kelly, USMD, all the care-givers, and Dr. Toker you are the best!"
"Ignore the person that said "do not go ther"! This is a wonderful, caring hospital. I have had many experiences there and have another back surgery soon. I highly recomend this hospital!"
