USMD Hospital at Arlington is proud to announce the promotion of two outstanding leaders who will play pivotal roles in guiding the hospital’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in patient care.
Jaime Bentley, MBA, BSN, RN has been promoted to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Jaime has been with USMD for two years and previously served as Vice President of Patient Services. Her dedication to clinical excellence and team development will continue to strengthen USMD’s reputation for exceptional outcomes.
Lydia Ameka, MBA has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lydia brings a wealth of experience, having worked at USMD Hospital at Arlington from 2007 to 2022 before returning in 2025. She previously served as Vice President of Operations and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, driving improvements in efficiency and patient experience.
These promotions join Tonya Smith, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who has a long history with USMD Hospital and has been an integral part of the executive team for many years. Together, Jaime, Lydia, and Tonya form a strong C-Suite leadership team committed to advancing USMD’s mission of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
