Came into the ER Friday and was nervous as can be. Alicia in registration had me laughing and it definitely help calm me down. She is a sweet lady, definitely the person you want to encounter going in. Doctor and nurses treated me with such great care! Everyone was upbeat, laughing and made my visit stress free. Got me in and out in no time. You can tell they love their jobs! Was back on Sunday for another reason and again amazing care, laughs and just good people from registration to the back with the nurses and Doctor. Doctor "R" (cant pronounce his full name 😁) Sunday was such a great guy! He made me feel important like I was his only patient. Definitely will be coming here from now on. Good job USMD!
